Barrett is the founder and Executive Director of Portland Community Squash, a nationally recognized community center. Qamer is the founder of Sleepyhead Homes, a full-service vacation rental management company. Together, they bring a shared passion for uniting people and working hard.

From cleaners and supplies to landscaping, trash removal, and repairs, Sleepyhead Homes takes care of it all. Managed expenses carry a simple 15% markup to cover coordination and administration.
Home Furnishing
Sleepyhead Homes can design and furnish your property to maximize guest appeal. Whether it’s a full setup or finishing touches, we’ll create a space that photographs beautifully. Pricing is $75 per hour.
